What I'm building.

Most CRE marketing is a brochure. The work I do is the opposite: cinematic deal narrative films, institutional deal rooms with gated access, AI scenario simulators, asset intelligence reports tailored to asset class and market, and a branded property identity per listing. Methodology first; inventory follows.

Geographic scope is statewide. Headquartered in Miami. Active across Florida. Active focus markets right now: Miami / South Florida, Palm Beach, Treasure Coast, Space Coast, Orlando, Tampa Bay, Jacksonville MSA, North Florida Coastal. The methodology is the same in every market — only the data overlays change per asset class and submarket.

Ron Arbusman is a Realtor Associate at Cervera Real Estate, Inc., operating as a commercial specialist within a brokerage best known for luxury residential. The mandate is narrow on purpose: office, multifamily, and industrial deals — sized for institutional capital, executed across Florida's most active commercial corridors.

/agent is the working surface for that mandate — the presentation stack and data discipline of a capital markets desk, applied to single-asset and small-portfolio deals statewide.
